Managing Director, FinTech & E-Money, Mayfair (London), £150k-200k Basic + Package A truly exciting opportunity for a dynamic Managing Director to join a cutting-edge eMoney fintech business based in London, regulated by the FCA, reporting directly to the PE-owners of the business. The company offers innovative finance solutions for SME businesses, high net worth individuals, family offices, and investment trusts. They provide payment solutions and platforms including cryptocurrencies and transaction processing. Backed by experienced entrepreneurs and private equity investors, the company is poised for significant growth and is seeking a visionary leader to drive business development, manage investor relations, and spearhead new product innovation. The business has developed innovative tech components to enable rapid scale up, and will continue to integrate new features to support the growth trajectory. Additionally, the business has secured connectivity for IBANs and Payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services or fintech, with a track record of delivering results and driving business expansion. A forward-thinker with excellent commercial acumen, the Managing Director will play a key role in shaping the company's strategic direction and maximizing its potential in the evolving fintech landscape. In addition to proven experience in managing P&L, business operations, or business development, we seek a Managing Director with the following qualities: - Thorough understanding of driving profitability and enhancing the bottom line - Eagerness to commercialize and profit from innovative fintech ideas - Motivated and dynamic leader, capable of driving business development and sales growth - Compelling and influential, with the ability to advocate for investment in the company - Able to independently run the business and take responsibility for decision-making - Must have long-term strategic planning skills, including preparing for an eventual exit strategy for private equity investors.
