The Role
Reporting to a Customer Contact Team Lead, the Customer Contact Advisor role will handle calls from existing and new customers answering and dealing with their enquiries in a professional, friendly and helpful manner. This role is hybrid. You will work the 3rd week of every month in the office. The rest you will work from home
* Establishing new customer insurances policies.
* Servicing and administering existing customer insurance policies
* Liaising with insurance brokers in the administration of their customer requirements
* Developing and maintaining a rapport with customers to actively encourage a strong brand relationship and customer retention
* Advancing your learning and development environment to gain a deeper understanding of the company’s culture, values and identity.
Key Skills and Experience
* Strong work ethic which will thrive in a fast paced and busy working environment
* Customer focused and always looking for the best outcome
* Ability to navigate bespoke computer systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Effective teamworking and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
* Excellent time management
* Insurance or financial sector experience (Preferable but not essential)
