RECfinancial are currently shortlisting exclusively for this Leicester based business as they look to recruit a Trainee Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity for the right applicant to have full training and learn from an established team.

Joining at an exciting time, as the business looks to continue its growth plans into the new year. This role reports through to an exceptionally engaging and passionate Payroll Manager and sits firmly in the function of Payroll. You'll be trained classically on all aspects of payroll and get to know the ins and outs of all aspects of payroll.

What's The Role of Trainee Payroll Administrator?

Start to finish processing of set monthly payrolls Updating and maintaining payroll records. Liaising with colleagues and management on payroll related queries. Payroll administration - setting up new starters, leavers, transfers, absence entry and filing etc. Calculation and payment of termination payments. Processing increases and calculating back pay. Assisting the team with month end responsibilities. Calculating annual leave accruals.
