CNC Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Technician with experience in offline programming to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using SprutCAM, Mastercam, or Hypermill software to create efficient, high-quality CNC programs for our advanced machining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using SprutCAM, Mastercam, or Hypermill software.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture high-precision components.
• Interpret technical drawings and CAD models to ensure machining accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and adjust CNC machines to resolve issues during production.
• Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to ensure program efficiency and quality.
• Maintain and update CNC programming libraries and documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CNC programming and offline programming using SprutCAM, Mastercam, or Hypermill.
• Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and machining processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing or machining environment.
• Strong understanding of machining processes such as milling, turning, and multi-axis machining.
