We are working with a well-known and respected law firm in Leeds city centre who are seeking to appoint an experienced Legal Secretary for a 12-month fixed term contract. Working within a busy support hub, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary, having worked across any legal discipline. This secretarial based role will be supporting the wider team of partners and fee earners across several legal disciplines; working 35 hours a week, ideally in an office setting, although a degree of flexibility is offered. Key responsibilities will include; Audio typing of all letters & documents Production of all documents Being a key point of contact for clients, dealing with all enquiries General administrative support including binding, scanning & photocopying Overseeing the secretarial inbox Working with the wider secretarial team, as a Legal Secretary, you will attend meetings and be supported in your journey. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary who is available at short notice, who can commit to this 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will have; A registered audio typing speed of 65 WPM A minimum of 2 years Legal secretarial experience Excellent organisational skills Fast & accurate typing skills Excellent command of English, in written form A strong team player A confident and discreet manner with excellent communication skills This is a fantastic opportunity to join this well-respected firm in Leeds.
