As our next Van Sales Driver, you'll be instrumental in safely delivering bakery products to customers. Your remit will be managing customer relationships and orders, loading orders onto lorries, conducting stock reconciliation, merchandising, and maximizing customer sales. Trust is crucial in this role as you will be responsible for the delivery of our bakery products to our customers. To excel in this role, you'll need to be reliable, have good communication skills, and be flexible. Accountability is key as you work to a tight schedule and interact directly with our customers. You're not the type to be shy and lazy, this isn't just a driving role as it requires the person to build relationships with our customers and sell our award-winning products. In this role, you will be well paid and offered opportunities for development. This role requires an individual who is motivated by building good relationships and interacting with others. As a Van Sales Driver, you are reliable, have good communication skills and are flexible. You would thrive on the chance to interact with our customers and be excited by the opportunities presented. Without drivers, our bakery products would not reach the shelves for customers.
