The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment and a strong command of English. Key Responsibilities: Guest Service Excellence: Provide a warm, professional, and polished service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience from start to finish. Menu Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the Pan-Asian menu and beverage offerings, including ingredients, cooking methods, and wine pairings. Be prepared to make recommendations and answer any guest questions with confidence. Attention to Detail: Ensure that all service areas, tables, and dining settings are presented to the highest standard, adhering to the hotel's fine dining service protocols. Order Accuracy: Accurately take and relay guest orders to the kitchen and bar, ensuring all dietary preferences and allergies are communicated clearly. Upselling: Confidently upsell menu items, including daily specials, wine, and signature dishes, based on guests' preferences and dining experience. Timely and Professional Service: Ensure all courses are delivered promptly and efficiently, maintaining the flow of service throughout the meal. Go the Extra Mile: Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service. Be proactive in resolving any guest requests or issues, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
