We are recruiting for a Human Resources Administrator to join a retail client in Beaumont Leys, Leicester.
You will support your HR team members in all administrative and organisational activities in order to build capacity for a wide range of different tasks within the department.
An insight to the role:
Maintaining records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
Running weekly timesheet reports for payroll
Maintain HR records accurately and in line with our ongoing data protection and GDPR requirements
Take responsibility of the HR inbox and resolve any general queries
Assist and coordinate with the full recruitment process and facilitate the onboarding of new employees.
We are looking for someone who has:
Previous experience in an administrative position
Knowledge of human resources processes is desirable but not essential
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Able to work in a busy, time sensitive environment
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Good organisational and time management skills
This is an office-based position, Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30.
The salary for this role is up to 25,000 plus company benefits.
