Accounts Administrator | Permanent | Belfast Reed Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a successful business within the construction industry and are actively recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to provide support to the core finance team. This is a full time opportunity, office based 5 days per week. Hours of work are 8.30am to 5pm and a 3pm finish on Friday. Salary £25,000 per annum The Job: Working as part of a structured finance team and reporting to the Group Finance Manager, responsibilities will include: Assisting with daily finance tasks Posting journals to the finance system Review of daily and weekly sales prior to submission Setting up payment templates and processing payments on bankline as required Writing cheques and recording details as required Raising manual invoices as requested and maintaining the manual invoice register Liaising with branch administrators on a regular basis Various other accounts/administrative tasks as they arise The Person: Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and ideally MS Dynamics and will have previous experience of working to tight deadlines in a busy finance environment. Candidates will have 1 years relative accounts experience. Accuracy and a keen eye for detail is of absolute importance. Candidates should be self-motivated and quick to learn, extremely well-organised and able to prioritise workload. This role would be a brilliant opportunity to gain experience in accountancy & finance. A 3rd level relevant qualification would be preferred and full training will be provided.
