Overall Purpose of the Role To create and deliver an exciting and innovative hospitality food menus The role holder will work alongside the Hospitality Manager and the client's event team in the planning, production and delivery of hospitality events. To form part of a talented and ambitious culinary team. To deliver great service in line within all Company policies, procedures and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute menus that reflect culinary trends and the preferences of our clients Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards Arrange and conduct tastings when required. Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth operation Collaborate with the Hospitality Manager to create innovative culinary concepts and experiences Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines Continuously improve culinary techniques and stay updated with industry trends and developments Produce allergen reports for all menus served.
