Tutor/Assessor Permanent position Wembley, West London We are seeking a Tutor/Assessor for Bus and Coach This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation who value and appreciate staff, offering excellent prospects DUTIES * To deliver level 3 for Bus and Coach engineering apprenticeships – BACEM qualification * Delivering via face-to-face sessions in the classroom environment and online * Class size 12 to 15 students * To work with a caseloads of learners * Inspire and motivate learners to achieve qualifications on time * Ensure marking and feedback to the learner is accurate and supports their development * Produce reports based on KPIs ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE Teaching qualification is essential for this role Must have Bus and Coach or heavy vehicle/HGV/Heavy goods experience in the past, who has gone onto teaching other subjects since or someone teaching these subjects now BENEFITS: * Salary to £41,200 per annum * Mileage paid * 37 hours per week * Generous holiday entitlement * Pension Scheme * All equipment is provided to complete the role * Development opportunities through our own in-house programs and recognised qualifications
