Estates Operative Salary - £28,800 Locations - Residential Building - SW8 Working Pattern - 4 days on 2 days off 9hr days We are seeking a talented Estates Operative to join our client's outstanding team. The role involves performing internal and external upkeep and maintenance tasks for a reputable residential complex. *This is a huge opportunity if you are looking for growth and progression* Key Responsibilities are but not limited to: General upkeep of the buildings and surrounding areas/supporting the vision of a clean and presentable environment at all times Reporting of any issues and incidents to management for prompt resolution Maintaining bin store areas and moving and emptying bins as required and Ensuring recycling and general rubbish are separated ready for collection days General yard and common area maintenance including sweeping, pressure washing and polishing Undertaking basic repair works Work closely with other team members in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the cleanliness satisfaction of stakeholder To ensure any keys removed from concierge or estates management are returned to ensure a safe and secure building at all times. Having a complete understanding of the different cleaning products, and their economical use, ensuring the appropriate cleaning materials are used in accordance with set standards/H&S policies The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with team members and contractors to deliver top-notch service in line with management contracts, leases, and service level agreements.
