Head Chef – Contract Caterer   Circa £40k + benefits   Monday to Friday, 7am – 3pm + occasional weekend work for special functions Permanent Contract Slough Award winning contract caterer are looking to strengthen their kitchen brigade with an experienced Head Chef.   The successful Head Chef will be responsible for;  Managing the entire kitchen operations Ensure all members of the brigade are performing assigned duties & creating high class hot & cold foods Training junior members of the brigade mentoring on cooking practices Managing stock levels Support back office functions were needed Completing admin functions where needed Working the companies hours; Monday to Friday, 7am – 3pm + occasional weekend work for special functions This is a phenomenal contract caterer offering sound career progression and a fun, professional working environment.
