FM Project Manager - Lifecycle

Project Manager - PFI Lifecycle Asset replacement (NOT I.T.) - NHS - Barnet. £55k - £65k. Working for the Facilities Management provider, you will manage a mixture of lifecycle, variations and extra works projects at a hospital site in Barnet. You will need to have extensive lifecycle project management experience preferably within a healthcare environment, with a good awareness of PFI contracts. A knowledge of HTM's and HBN's is also recommended.
