Sytner Group is looking for motivated and committed field-based Trade Sales Representative to join our outstanding Trade Parts team.
As a Sytner Trade Sales Representative, you will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach, and communicate effectively with existing and new potential customers. In this position, you will carry out face-to-face sales calls with each call requiring a specific business purpose that adds value both for Sytner and the customers you visit. A business purpose will include, but not limited to, the following
- Special sales promotions
- Competitor information gathering
- A customers Highest Value Need (HVN)
- Information on each customer's buying habits/decisions
- Customer complaints
- Customer service requirements
- Web Parts enrolments
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Using the relevant questioning techniques, understand the customers' needs and communicating with all customers professionally.
- Deliver the required output in line with business KPI's, contributing positively to the overall company performance
- Maintain a good working knowledge of current product and sales campaigns across the Mercedes-Benz product range and communicate this effectively to our customers as appropriate
- Positively contribute to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Positively contribute to creating a dynamic and fun working environment.
- Fully comply with all GDPR and other regulatory obligations as required by the business
- Ideally you will demonstrate a professional curiosity necessary to maintain an up to date understanding of our products and services and be able to share that with our customers
- Undertake any other duties reasonably requested
About You
Ideally, you will have the following skills:
- Articulate and excellent communicator
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Field based sales experience
- Able to multi-task and use own initiative
- Able to maintain a calm and professional demeanour at all times
- Comfortable speaking to customers face-to-face with the ability to adapt to different personality styles whilst always maintaining a professional but friendly approach
- You must hold a clean and full driving licence
