Chef, Residential Care Home, TWk

Catering for a 75 bed care home, the kitchen provides a breakfast, lunch and dinner service for residents and staff using fresh ingredients.

As the Chef, you will be
Working alongside the Chef Manager and as part of the team to provide a high level service
Liaising with staff, residents and families
Cooking a variety of dietary requirements as well as some texture modified diets
Assisting with stock take, orders and due diligence

Working hours are 5/7 days, 40 hours per week

To be considered as a candidate, you will
be an experienced Chef with a proven work history
ideally have worked within a care home or similar environment
be a team player as well as use your initiative
have an understanding of required dietary needs and be able to adapt as necessary
have an empathetic, friendly and positive attitude
