Key responsibilities of the Administrator include: Running spreadsheets and providing progress updates on projects and planning. Answering the office phone line and assisting with any inquiries or redirecting calls as necessary. Assisting with spares administration and preparing delivery notes. Maintaining general filing systems to ensure documents are easily accessible. Providing adhoc administrative support as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organisational skills and be adept at multitasking. The ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure is essential. Additionally, strong communication skills are important as you will be interacting with colleagues and external parties on a regular basis. Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Proficiency with spreadsheets, such as Maximo Administration, is desirable but not essential Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
