Care Home Manager

Registered Manager with a Current NMC Pin preferably required, will consider applicants without a current pin. To work in a Care Home based in Ipswich, Suffolk. £50000 -£60000 pa with associated bonus's paid also. - Can you - provide leadership and direction to the home’s staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy. - Can you - Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of skilled care professionals committed to delivering person-centred care. - Can you - Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support. - Can you - Manage the home’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed. Can you - develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the home’s services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders. - Can you build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns. - Can you oversee all records to ensure the home’s administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. - Can you -continuously monitor and evaluate the home’s performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. - Can you Manage and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
