M&E Project Manager

Summary: A great opportunity for an experienced M&E Project Manager. to oversee and manage mechanical and electrical services for a range of projects. The ideal candidate will have a track record ensuring projects are delivered to high quality standards, on time and within budget. Managing multiple projects, ranging from £8 million to £20 million M&E value. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate the M&E aspects of multiple projects throughout the project lifecycle. * Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams. * Oversee delivery of M&E installations which meet design specifications, building codes, and client expectations. * Ensure compliance of all work with health and safety regulations, as well as company and industry standards. * Monitor project progress, managing risk by anticipating and heading of any potential issues. * Keep clients and stakeholders informed at all times, building trusted relationships. Requirements: * M&E Project Manager experienced on a range of projects. * Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems. * Strong project management and organizational skills. * Commercial awareness and understanding of financials, processes and procurement. * Familiar and comfortable with technical drawings and specifications. * Excellent communicator and decisive decision maker
