Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is apaid B2B service that aims to help strategic brands partner withAmazon to grow their business. As a Brand Specialist, you will gain360-degree exposure to all areas of e-commerce at a Pan-EU level,owning the relationship with your brand and structuring with them ashort- and long-term strategy oriented at brand's growth andCustomer Satisfaction. You will act as consultant driving selectionand promotional activities, monitor and work on success metrics ona daily basis, and ensure the brand's experience of the AVSdemonstrates our customer obsession. Furthermore, you will beworking together with different stakeholders to implement new ideasand processes within Amazon EU, such as (Product) CategoryManagement, Supply Chain management, Finance and Marketing;developing your skills and future career. Your role will focus onfour crucial business areas:
Key jobresponsibilities
- Core Service: Use your knowledge indeep data analytics to identify EU industry opportunities andprovide recommendations to improve overall business performancethrough the use of Amazon programs (i.e.: Amazon business) to drivelong term benefit
- Availability & OperationalExcellence: Drive EU supply-chain operational excellenceinitiatives by reducing costs, defects, lead times, and by managingstock in our fulfilment centre.
- Promotion &Funding: Provide recommendations for the brand's marketing andadvertising campaigns to promote new products, increase traffic andimprove conversion. Plan, implement and manage promotionalactivities for Amazon events such as Prime Day where you will helpyour brands to generate sales. On top of that, you will drive brandweeks with you vendors and work closely with Amazon Advertising toexplore further marketing opportunities we have.
-Selection & IDQ: Help grow selection by managing the launch ofnew products and improving discoverability. You will identifyproduct gaps, onboard the new products and be responsible for theramp up of these products, as well as improve the customer journeyon Amazon (i.e.: performing walk the store session, competitorbenchmarking, create enhanced content on detailpages).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS -Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience
-Fluent written and verbal communication in English (minimum C1level)
- Minimum of 12 months professional experienceafter graduation in Sales, Buying, Project Management, Planning,Account Management, Supply Chain, Analysis, Marketing orConsulting.
- Good Knowledge in MS Office programsspecifically Excel.
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS - Strong business acumen and analyticalskills
- Knowledge of another European language(preferably German, French, Italian orSpanish)
