Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client’s manufacturing plant. This role is essential in ensuring the operational efficiency of equipment and machinery, contributing to the overall productivity of the facility. Key Responsibilities: * Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. * Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement effective repair solutions to minimize downtime. * Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is operating at peak performance. * Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes and enhance equipment reliability. * Maintain accurate maintenance records and report on equipment status and performance. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. * Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ) in engineering or a related field. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team. * Flexible approach to working hours, including potential overtime as required.
