Join Our Thriving Independent Practice in Winscombe! Fernbank Healthcare have partnered with a well-established, independent dental practice with a strong sense of community in Winscombe. Recently, Winscombe was ranked among the top three places to live and raise a family in England and Wales, thanks to its excellent schools and high living standards. Located in an affluent area, we're just 25-30 minutes from Bristol and 20 minutes from Weston-super-Mare. (Some of their clinicians commute from these areas!) With over 20 years of history, our mixed practice boasts a mature and loyal patient base, as well as a waiting list for private and payment plan patients. What We Offer: * Five modern surgeries, fully computerized with digital radiography * Rotary Endo and high-quality restorative materials * Modern dental chairs with LED operating lights * Dedicated decontamination room * Support from a fantastic team: an allocated nurse, four fully-booked Hygienists/Therapists, three Receptionists, and a Decontamination Lead * A collaborative, welcoming atmosphere with our “Great Working-Bees” team! About the Role: In early 2024, we transitioned successfully from NHS to Private/Denplan, retaining only a small NHS patient list. Currently, we have four fully-booked dentists on board and are seeking to expand our team. * Permanent Position (with an additional option for a temporary 2-3 day/week role to cover maternity leave) * 4 or 5 days/week (flexible, to be discussed) * Take over an established, mature list of predominantly Private and Denplan patients, alongside a smaller NHS list * Deliver approximately 2500 UDAs/year (pro-rata) @ £12.00 - £13.00/UDA. This equates to around 14 UDAs per day (mainly children), with the rest of the day filled with Private work * 50% split on Private work and lab fees * Salary ranging from £6,000 - £8,000/month, depending on performance, based on a minimum of four working days per week Start Date: January/February 2025 Enjoy a great work-life balance in a supportive, well-equipped practice with an ever-growing patient base
