The successful candidate will have experience of planning and teachingEnglish. In particular they will be able to effectively deliver English,ensuring pupils make good progress from their starting points.We are looking for an exemplary classroom practitioner who has highexpectations of self and others and is passionate about encouraging all pupilsto achieve success. We want someone with excellent classroom managementskills, who teaches with an enthusiastic and nurturing approach and has highexpectations of learning. You will have successful experience of working withpupils with challenging behaviour either as a result of ASD or SEMH needs.Ideally, you would be able to contribute to the wider curriculum of the schoolthrough sports, arts, music, drama, and other enrichment activities.
