As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting new sales opportunities. You'll be responsible for engaging prospects through a variety of channels, including phone and email, to build relationships and generate interest in our products and services.

Please Note: This role requires fluency in German.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Prospect for new business opportunities using various methods, including warm emails, cold calling, social selling, networking, and strategic campaigns.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate potential customers to determine their needs, budgets, and fit with our client's offerings.
  • Sales Conversion: Convert qualified leads into new customers by effectively communicating our value proposition and addressing their concerns.
  • Revenue Generation: Consistently achieve individual sales goals to contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and make recommendations for optimisation.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in German is a requirement if based in the UK. Additional European languages would be a plus. If based in Italy, the language requirements will be fluency in Italian, German and English.
  • Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or prospecting, with a strong focus on phone and internet-based sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the manufacturing/ engineering industry or a technical background is preferred.
  • Eligibility: Must have the right to work in the UK (if based in UK) or EU (if based in Italy
