Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker Contract: Permanent Hours: 37 hours a week Salary: £32,690 - £35,792 per annum (dependent on experience, including sleep-ins) Location: Alton Job Overview Our client is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker for one of their children's homes in Alton. In this role, you will: Plan, manage, and lead shifts, ensuring children are safe and engaged throughout the day. Take a lead role in ensuring the care and welfare of each child in placement. Ensure that each child's Placement Plan is followed and adhered to at all times. Provide guidance and support to all Residential Workers. Supervise designated staff members, recording this in their Supervision Sheet. Raise any concerns with the Registered Manager as appropriate.Requirements NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce. At least 2 years of experience in residential childcare and working with young people.Benefits Passport to Manage training to achieve your Level 5 qualification. Earn up to £3,250 for recommending a foster carer, or up to £1,000 for recommending a full-time staff member.
