Job Requirements / Description
A Working Supervisor is required for a growing organisation specialising in the renewables sector, specifically working on private domestic properties, installing cavity wall insulation, solar panels and air source heat pumps. You will be covering either the North Wales region or Lancashire.
This is an extremely customer facing role, where you will be managing schemes of various sizes from the start to sign off, ensuring all work is done to the customer's satisfaction. You will have previous management experience, ideally in this type of work although this isn't essential. You must be well versed in dealing with customers and have a good construction knowledge base.
