Cluster Sales Manager - Proactive Sales - Central London We are looking for a Sales Manager to look after 3 boutique 4* hotels in Central London with a strong focus on Proactive Sales. The salary is competitive with unlimited opportunities to progress in London or worldwide! As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for promoting each hotels service to the existing portfolio as well as pro-actively seeking new accounts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales and new business acquisition as well as strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and a passion to succeed. Key requirements: Previous corporate and leisure hotel sales experience in the London market, Immaculately presented, extremely self driven, engaging and possessing an abundance of personality & charisma. Prepared to get involved in the day to day business with hands on approach as necessary. Excellent communication skills, ability to build key internal and external relationships Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated Responds promptly and creatively to incoming business leads. Proactively identifies, qualifies and solicits new business to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals.
