Key responsibilities: Overseeing a high-volume bar hitting 50k weekly, great bar, great vibe Review and develop the product offering and make improvements where necessary Team management of approximately 25/30 staff, recruitment, training and support with HR issues Overseeing all area of the business and working closely with the General Manager
