About Nuneaton Car Sales We are an award-winning, independent car supermarket, stocking over 400 high-quality used vehicles. As an AA-accredited dealer, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and providing a great working environment for our team. The Role As the Workshop Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading our workshop team, ensuring a collaborative environment, and focusing on delivering quality repairs with a “First time fix” attitude. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the scheduling of vehicle preparation for retail sales. Ensure customer warranty issues are resolved promptly. Maintain daily quality control checks. Order parts, compare prices, and manage costs for outsourced work. Supervise workshop staff, providing guidance and support. Ensure workshop cleanliness and that all diagnostic equipment is operational. Liaise with the daily operations team and attend management meetings when necessary. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in automotive workshop management. Proven ability to lead a team and drive a culture of quality. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office. A full, valid driving license. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Saturdays, 8:30 am – 1 pm, on a rota basis. Why Join Us?
