Restaurant Manager

Staff 86 | 86 Group are working with a brilliant venue in Chester who are looking for a new Restaurant Manager to join the team. * Job Title: Restaurant Manager * Salary: Up to £32k DOE * Location: Chester * Holidays: 28 days * Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week. * Additional Perks: Free parking, discounted rates, meals on shift, and many other additional benefits. Brief overview of the role: * Managing and overseeing two restaurants run by one kitchen (total of 125 covers). The restaurants operate all day, from breakfast to evening meals. * You will be a positive and upbeat presence in the restaurants, meeting and greeting guests, and resolving any issues. * Positively leading, training, and improving your team to always ensure customer excellent and satisfaction. * Working with the kitchen team to ensure top quality food is produced. * Order management, budget management, and reporting. * Managing staff rotas, ensuring sufficient staff are always on shift, covering any gaps. Required skills and experience: * Experience in a restaurant is essential – hotel experience would be desirable but this is not essential. * Exceptional customer service skills and being able to handle and manage issues positively. * Able to positively manage a team. * Customer experience is at the heart of everything you do. * A personable and presentable individual. * Flexibility and reliability are a must.
