If this sounds like you, join us on our journey to transform how GTM teams operate and achieve success by giving more value to their prospects Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and engage businesses that align with our ideal customer profile. Manage the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to qualification, demo presentations to contract negotiations and closing deals. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market and our product to effectively communicate its value to potential customers. Collaborate with the Marketing, CSM and Product teams to tailor messaging and provide feedback from the market. Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas. Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure their success post-sale by working with the Customer Success team. Provide input on sales processes, tools, and strategies to drive continuous improvement. Deliver timely and accurate reporting and forecasting to the business by being on top of your CRM hygiene and other systems Where required, represent the company at industry events and trade shows Desired Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably in SaaS or tech, with a focus on mid-market accounts (£15k-£100k deal sizes). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Familiarity with the challenges and dynamics of selling into the mid-market segment within an early stage startup. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales automation software. Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Passion for tech and innovation with the ability to thrive in a startup environment. Bonus Points: Previous experience selling to marketing or sales teams.
