RF Engineer Domain: Electronic Warfare Location : Bristol, BS34 7QS Onsite: 2/3 days per week The Opportunity: Europe’s 1 Integrated Defence Company seeks a talented RF Electronic Warfare Engineer to support complex design and engineering activities for next-gen Radio Frequency Directed Energy Weapons (RFDEW) and Missile programmes. The Company: As NATO’s leading supplier of state-of-the-art combat deterrents, the team develops Advanced Missile and Defence Systems, providing decisive national security capabilities to our Home Nations and strategic allies. Required Skills/Experience: British citizen holding or willing to obtain DV clearance. RF Electronic Support and Attack Systems, including platform integration and through-life support Strong technical understanding of RF and electronic systems, algorithm design and implementation Knowledge and understanding of Integrated Air Defence Systems Supplier management (typically undertaken with the support of a Procurement Lead) System design engineering skills, including requirements elicitation, decomposition and management; system design, integration and test; system verification and validation Proficient in SysML, DOORS and/or Rhapsody Developing and using RF performance models Overseeing the transition of development hardware into production, including environmental testing, qualification testing and design certification Benefits Package: Base salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DoE) Annual Bonus: Circa £2,500 Overtime: Optional paid overtime - flat rate (1.25) Flexi Leave: Up to 15 additional days Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Pension: Pension 14% (6% Employee and 8% Employer) Share Incentive Plan: Opportunity to purchase shares via payroll before tax and NI.
