Graphic Designer

you will be required to work alongside the sales team and help secure new business with your bid design talents. As well as this you will contribute to the wider creative department and help promote and market Thomas Franks Ltd.

This is a Hybrid role with travel to locations / Head Office on occasions. The role will encompass elements of Sales, Marketing and Communications. This will involve producing creative design concepts for prospective clients including brand identities, marketing campaigns, web development and server layout, producing digital artwork for tender documentation, designing online advertising campaigns to raise brand awareness and to create digital media and print campaigns to promote Thomas Franks both internally and externally. The successful candidate will have the following: Bid document and presentation design . Experience in creating digital and printed material Competent Mac skills are essential, excellent skills are preferred Fluent in the Abode creative suite (Mainly

InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop ) High attention to detail Team working abilities, listening skills, the ability to work on own initiative, to interpret briefs and take direction. Being a self-starter is key The ability to communicate with the Senior Management Team regarding updates on marketing activities and promotions. The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively (may result in additional hours) Reliable, honest and able to demonstrate an openly attentive approach to managing workload Willingness to develop skills to create more innovative practices Knowledge / competencies: Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
