As a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant, you will use a deep understanding of our clients to create and deliver compelling solutions as part of a class-leading sales experience:

Key Responsibilities
Knowledge Understanding & Insight
Support the Sales team in positioning the unique value proposition in target sectors with research on relevant strategies, technology, and data architectures.
Deliver prospect proposals and statements of work tailored to client-specific benefits.
Stay up to date on relevant industry trends and ecosystems in AI & Data, MarTech, Experience Management & Digital Engagement.
Contribute to the product strategy & roadmap to ensure solutions are and remain competitive.
Inspiration with Confidence
Collaborate with Sales Executives to discover customers’ needs and offer solutions with products and partner solutions.
Plan and deliver workshops for clients for business and technical evaluation of the solution.
Lead creation of recommended solution architectures, designs, and implementation plans based on thorough analysis of client environment & needs.
Craft client-specific presentation materials and prepare and deliver demonstrations on the platform.
Develop and communicate prospective and actual use cases for validation in proof of concept and proof of value work.
Constantly seek new ways to make products relevant & attractive by observing the environment and current trends.
Execute with Integrity
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, managing & communicating progress, issues, and risks to ensure solutions are understood, delivered on time, and on budget.
Evaluate options and validate deployment architectures, conducting data readiness assessments in line with client aims.
Continuously collaborate with client sales executives & extended teams, including infosec & privacy, delivery, and change teams.
Remain active post-contract to support successful onboarding and subsequent scale-out of the solution across the organization.

Experience in Customer & Digital Transformations in one or more of the following areas is essential to establish credibility with Prospects with feasible solutions:
Web & Mobile Applications (e.g., frameworks, application lifecycles)
AI & Data (including LLMs, RAG architectures, Agents)
Cloud data technologies (e.g., DataBricks, AWS RedShift, GCP BigQuery)
Marketing Technology (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Tealium…)
Engagement & Decisioning (i.e., Pega)
CRM (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
Familiar with sales processes & tools (e.g., HubSpot) [useful, but not mandatory]
