You'll ensure the delivery team structure is scalable and continuously improve their delivery processes. As it's all Microsoft, you'll look into best practices across the Microsoft Tech Stack. Manage and handle automation opportunities using AI and Copilot. You will lead key internal projects which can vary greatly. You'll report on delivery KPIs and key performance metrics. Plus it's important to foster strong relationships with external partners. Promote continuous learning and innovation, ensuring teams adopt new technologies. About You Operations experience in the tech world is vital. Strong in process, resource, and project management. Built high-performance teams in tech, consulting, or services. Skilled in end-to-end project delivery tools and methods. Experienced in change management and complex projects. Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus. Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager. Visible leader, setting high standards and best practices. Adaptable, solutions-focused, and collaborative.
