Electrical Site Manager We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee operations at a Battery Energy Storage Systems facility in the Central Belt of Scotland. This role requires a strong electrical bias with a background in high voltage (HV) systems. Electrical Site Manager Key Responsibilities: * Supervision of Electrical Works: * Oversee all electrical installations and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. * Manage and support the electrical team, ensuring effective execution of tasks on site. * Site Setup and Management: * Lead the site setup process, ensuring all necessary resources and equipment are in place for smooth operations. * Coordinate with civil contractors to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing as planned. * RAMS Development and Implementation: * Develop, review, and implement Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for all site activities. * Ensure that all team members are familiar with RAMS and adhere to them during operations. * Health and Safety Compliance: * Promote a strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture on site. * Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, addressing any potential hazards immediately. * Substation and Transformer Experience: * Oversee the installation of substations and transformers, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. * Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation. Electrical Site Manager Required Qualifications and Experience: * Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager with a focus on HV systems. * Strong background in substation work and transformer installation. * Experience in site setup and managing civil contractors effectively. * Familiarity with developing and implementing RAMS. * SSSTS certification is essential. * Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
