Cleaning Operative

A highly reputable outdoors and mould removal cleaning company is seeking a Cleaning Operative to do a range of cleaning duties on domestic walls and roofs, basic onsite repairs and specialist PVC plastic cleaning. The Cleaning Operative will have a driving licence, have good computer skills, and good relationship building skills. Applications from ex-military personnel are strongly encouraged Key Responsibilities: Jet wash, steam clean, window clean, roof clean and render clean with chemicals Use high- and low-level poles to clean PVC plastics with a pure water fed system Carry out basic onsite repairs, working at height via ladder, scaffolding, tower or cherry picker Knowledge, skills and qualifications: Essential: Good computer skills and knowledge of how to use a mobile phone and its basic programs Be good with people and have good customer service skills Able to drive and have a UK driving licence Fine working outdoors in all weathers, and need to be physically fit in order to do manual handling Have a can-do attitude Is a problem-solver and can follow instruction Able to work with own initiative and in a team Desirables: Have multi-trade skills like carpentry, DIY, repair skills Salary: £30,000 (£33-35k OTE with bonuses) Benefits: To be discussed at interview
