Associate Building Surveyor

TSA Surveying is representing a fast-growing building consultancy seeking an Associate Building Surveyor. With a dedicated Business Development team, this role focuses on delivering quality work to secure repeat business rather than generating new leads, though business development is welcome and rewarded.

Despite being established just 10 years ago, the consultancy has grown quickly, now employing over 20 staff and achieving a £2.5m turnover, with a goal to double this to £5m within five years. They work across both private and public sectors with a diverse client base, including developers, pension funds, property managers, the MOD, Government Property Agency, Home Office, and retail companies.

The ideal candidate will handle both project and professional work with a balanced mix of public and private sector clients. As Business Development is handled separately, this role suits someone focused on project delivery and professional services. The role includes a competitive salary and a discretionary team performance bonus.
