The Role
This is a very exciting time to be joining the ROSL team as we have a newly refurbished main kitchen, hugely successful events sub-brand, Six Park Place and in addition we are currently delighting members with our exciting menus in our wonderful garden.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our fantastic Kitchen team. Your main role is to ensure a high standard of food production and service as agreed at briefings, and in line with the departmental standards. You will assist the Senior Chefs in developing new menu and dish ideas, in agreement with the Executive Chef, and will work across all of our Kitchens at ROSL including the main kitchen, Brabourne kitchen, garden kitchen, event kitchens, satellite kitchens depending on the needs of the business.
You are also responsible for ensuring food safety standards are continuously followed and maintained within the kitchens.
This position is 40 hours per week working 5/7 on a rota basis to meet with the business needs.

Extensive knowledge of culinary operations

Flexible and adaptable, willing to meet the demands of an all day operation
Extensive knowledge of health & safety and food safety
