We are looking for an individual to join our administrative team who has a passion for being the first point of contact for visitors and supporting with reception and administrative duties. This is a part time role for 20 hours per week, which can be worked over 3, 4 or 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) between 9.00am and 5.00pm, based in Coventry. Your new role In this role you will have the opportunity to be the first point of contact for visitors and ensure that all of their requirements are met, whilst dealing with reception duties and supporting the wider administrative team. The key duties will include: Meeting and greeting visitors and taking incoming calls. Supervising the collection and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail (including franking) and deliveries to ensure that they are promptly delivered to the correct addresses, internally and externally. Maintain the reception area in a tidy manner so that a favourable first impression is given to any visitors. Manage the meeting room bookings, arrange/offer refreshments etc. Ordering lunches for meetings as and when required. Supporting the Admin team as required with administration tasks such as typing, printing, creating documents, filing and emails. Supporting with scheduled planned maintenance for the Head Office. Skills and experience you will need This role is ideally suited to someone with previous reception and administrative experience. You will need: GCSE's in English and Maths grade C/4 or above. Excellent communication skills. Confidence to work on your own initiative. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently and to deadlines. Good organisation skills and ability to respond and be flexible to the needs of different people. Ability to build positive working relationships both within the business and with external visitors.
