Synapri are currently on the hunt for a Director of Marketing Technology for an expanding Technology company that I can imagine you have come across or even used before in the past Due to their continued growth, this customer are looking for someone to lead of their marketing technology initiatives on a full time permanent basis. This role is pivotal in optimising the client’s tech stack, enhancing marketing capabilities, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms to drive their business forward. Within this role you will be responsible for technology strategy and leadership, data driven decision making, cross functional collaboration as well as someone who can drive the technical strategy to increase customer engagement to full potential. Location: Hybrid, London Salary : up to £130,000 (depending on level of experience) plus benefits What you will be doing: Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing tools and platforms to enhance our capabilities and drive efficiency Work closely with marketing, IT, and data teams to ensure effective integration and utilisation of marketing technologies. Collaborate on campaigns, data management, and analytics to support strategic initiatives Managing Technical SEO and Engineering best practices in line with the company vision Oversee and design API Integrations connect marketing systems and data sources as well as supporting CRM Integrations Ideal skills: Proven experience in a senior marketing technology role, with a track record of successfully managing and optimizing marketing tech stacks Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and data integration Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into actionable strategies Exceptional leadership and team management skills with experience in driving cross-functional collaboration Proven experience managing MarTech platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics) Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be essential Good understanding of both frontend and backend development technologies such as React, JavaScript, Node.JS etc Hands on experience with Contentful If you have a passion for delivering and enhancing marketing tech stacks and looking for a new full time position to boost your career then please apply now for immediate consideration and to understand more (This role cannot offer sponsorship)
