Are you an experienced 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant who is looking for a new challenge or looking for the next step in your career? Do you have experience within the Finance, Construction or Engineering/Manufacturing sector?
My client is a small independent recruiter and due to continued growth, they have a flagship branch in Central Manchester and have a fantastic opportunity for Senior Recruitment Consultants or Recruitment Consultants who have experience recruiting into the Finance, Construction or Engineering/Manufacturing sectors temp or perm to join their growing team based in their busy Manchester branch.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced recruiters to join a small established boutique independent agency and are looking for a great work/life balance and join a small, fun team. My clients core working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 5.00pm and they have 2.00pm finish on a Friday They also offer the opportunity to work from home up to two days per week

Job Responsibilities:
- Full 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant roles supplying temporary or permanent workers into the Finance, Construction, and Engineering/Manufacturing sectors via Business development and marketing techniques, sales/cold calls and networking to gain new business
- Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets
- Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs
- Account management
- Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained
- Arranging meetings with new and existing clients
- Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via online job boards
- Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checks
- Matching workers to vacancies
- Rotating on call duties required
Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:
- Successful business development skills
- Account management skills
- Proven record of success in B2B
- Target driven
- Excellent level of customer service
- Must be articulate and enthusiastic
- A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career
- 2 to 3 years experience in sales / recruitment is essential.
- Previous experience recruiting into the Finance,Construction, or Engineering/Manufacturing sectors- temps or perms
- Knowledge of the North West/Manchester area would be advantageous.
- Own transport is essential for this role
