Trainee Buyer

Trainee Buyer Lincoln Permanent Up to £22,500 Trainee Buyer required by market leading manufacturing company, based in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a career in purchasing, with full training provided. The successful Trainee Buyer will support the supply chain team to include raising purchase orders and keeping systems up to date. Main Duties: Trainee Buyer Raising of purchase orders. Providing administration support to the Quality team. Reviewing the status of outstanding orders. Chasing up overdue orders for parts. Maintaining up to date records. Liaising with other departments and teams and providing updates. Supporting the wider team with improving internal processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Trainee Buyer Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines. A keenness to learn new skills. The ability to follow processes and procedures. Strong attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office.
