My client’s collaborative environment fosters creativity, with a commitment to pushing the boundaries of design and technology.  Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a talented and experienced BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities for this BIM Coordinator role: •    Coordinate and manage BIM models and data throughout the lifecycle of architectural projects. •    Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and workflows in line with industry best practices. •    Collaborate with project teams to ensure the effective integration of design information and models. •    Oversee the creation, review, and maintenance of 3D models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with BIM protocols. •    Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and model coordination. Requirements for this BIM Coordinator role: •    Proven experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar role, ideally within an architectural or multi-disciplinary environment. •    Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM software. •    Strong understanding of BIM standards (BS EN ISO 19650), protocols, and digital construction practices. •    Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects. •    Experience in clash detection, model federation, and data management.
