We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, innovative living spaces that enhance communities. We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. Job Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing project costs and ensuring that our developments are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors, providing expert advice and support throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for residential projects. * Monitor project financial performance, including cash flow and expenditure. * Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments. * Manage procurement processes and tender documentation. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors and suppliers. * Perform regular site visits to assess progress and compliance with specifications. * Prepare and submit interim and final valuations. * Assist in dispute resolution and claims management. * Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. * Membership with a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is preferred. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably within residential developments. * Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations. * Proficient in relevant software (e.g., CostX, Excel, AutoCAD). * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
