Change Manager for Essex based FinTech Company – Up to £38,000 plus bens – 12-month fixed term contract My client is a highly successful Fintech company with offices in Essex and the Midlands. Due to its continued growth this company has a really exciting opportunity for a Change Manager to join its agile, multidisciplinary team. As a Change Manager, you will join a team of Change Managers responsible for the delivery of all the company’s technology and business change initiatives and projects. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone who may have been working as a junior Change Manager, or possibly as a Change Co-ordinator, who is now seeking career progression and to gain invaluable experience working in a FinTech environment for a company who provide world class support and regulatory expertise to the finance industry, grounded in its investment in cutting-edge software systems. As one of the company’s Change Managers you will collaborate with the company’s in-house IT teams, operational teams, Business Standards (Compliance) and its third-party suppliers on various projects and initiatives, ranging from the introduction of new technology and functionality to streamlining current processes, executed using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. This role is offered as an initial 12-month fixed term contract on a starting salary of 38K plus bens. As a Change Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of change projects for the company, working with the Head of Change and all the key internal stakeholders and suppliers. This will enable you to get involved in scoping, shaping & confirming business requirements, producing User Stories & supporting documentation, managing delivery within Waterfall and Agile frameworks, completing & managing systems testing and undertaking user acceptance testing where required, producing plans, tracking deadlines, deliverables/timelines, leading meetings & providing updates, as well as building and managing successful relationships with key stakeholders across the business. This Change Manager role can be worked from the company’s beautiful modern office, or alternatively it can be worked on a hybrid basis which allows for 2 to 3 days a month at the office to enable collaboration and team meetings. There will also be very infrequent travel to the Midlands office.
