Private Client Solicitor | London, Hybrid ~Are you a 5PQE+ currently seeking for a career progression move? A well established Legal 500 firm are actively seeking for an experienced lawyer to join their award-winning firm. They are interviewing now! The perfect candidate: Experience of Wills, IHT planning, Trusts, Probate, Administration of Estates, Taxation of Trusts and Estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Deputyship applications, and familiar with Testamentary Capacity requirements You will be used to dealing with a wide range of clients from young professionals to elderly, sometimes vulnerable, and often at a very distressing time in their lives You should have a good commercial understanding of the requirements of your role, excellent time recording, estimating and billing habits, good client care skills and a real desire to be an involved member of a great team. You should be highly organised, have a strong desire to learn and grow as part of a friendly team in order to support the vision of the firm. STEP qualification is desirable You should be able to demonstrate a compassionate and understanding approach to clients whilst at the same time have a high level of legal knowledge with the ability to explain the same, clearly and succinctly. You should have proven experience in business development and marketing, with the ability to effectively promote our legal services and attract new clients. You will have strong networking skills with a track record of successfully raising your profile as a solicitor.
