The Advocate Group is proud to represent a world-renowned drinks brand in the search for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join their regional sales team, covering the North London area. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with customers within the convenience channel across your territory. Execute market activation initiatives and direct promotional activities. Train and coach distribution partner staff. Manage point-of-sale (POS) distribution. Acquire new independent retailers as per defined profiles. Distribute stock lines per outlet to meet target product mix. Supply POS material and merchandising to new and existing stockists. Support promotional activities in partnership with the appointed distributor. Provide high-quality market insights to distributors. Complete activity reporting in a timely manner as directed. Record and report all activities in line with company policies. Your Profile: Flexible, enthusiastic, and committed to building a career in sales. Self-starting, entrepreneurial, and adaptable in a rapidly evolving marketplace. A diplomatic communicator who can persuade and win over distributors, customers, and industry contacts. A strong team player with the drive to independently set and achieve objectives. Quick to learn and a creative problem-solver. Valid UK driver’s license required.
