Role: Sous Chef Location: Thames Ditton Employer: Care Home Salary / Rate of pay: £34,000 per annum Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an award-winning care home in Thames Ditton who are looking for a Sous Chef to join their kitchen team, offering predominantly weekday working and fantastic work : life balance. Package £34,000 per annum 40 hour working week Typically Monday to Friday shift pattern, with alternate weekend cover Day shift hours Long service awards What's involved? As the Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen and deputise for them in their absence. You will prepare and cook food, presenting this to a high standard and ensuring the junior chefs have the guidance and support they need to succeed too. You will also have the opportunity to introduce new meals on the menu, taking into consideration budgets and stock when creating new items. Sound like the role for you?
