Full time, 48 hrs a week, 5 days working week. Salary: Up to £35,000pa (inclusive of service charge) **Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.** Our Deputy Managers play a key role in leading daily operations across multiple areas of the restaurant. Youll be a strong leader, great with guests, and able to manage both front of house and kitchen order flow as an expo. Youll work closely with the General Manager, deputising when needed, while ensuring a smooth, memorable dining experience for every guest. With a passion for food, service, and guest satisfaction, you'll inspire your team to maintain high standards throughout the restaurant and support the GM in driving sales, profit, and implementing strategy. training, ordering, controlling GP, monitoring and actioning inventory progress, be able to manage and maintain a clean and organised cellar. You will also be supporting the General Manage working on the floor. For this role we do require some experience in managing in a busy restaurant environment. Bar savvy: Control stock, hit GP targets, and drive bar sales. Able to maintain great standards for all drinks served by your team Stellar communication skills: Connect positively with guests and colleagues and suppliers Can work on the restaurant floor and various different positions as well as overseeing the bar. Inspirational leader: Motivate your team for excellence in every situation. Customer care champion: Set sky-high standards and prioritise guests. Tech-savvy pro: Proficient in management systems, various platforms of technology (POS, Reservation system, Rota applications, Third Party Delivery systems) Team empowerment expert: Bring out the best through regular appraisals with your bar team Compliance connoisseur: Ensure regulations and all licensing requirements are met.
